Bob is a Chartered Engineer and a Doctor of Engineering (EngD). He possesses a unique blend of experience covering technical, managerial and research roles.

    Andrew is an experienced Business Analyst with a record of delivering major projects. He is focussed on understanding business issues and developing IT based solutions. Andrew has worked as a senior consultant for the last fourteen years, performing a "thought leadership" role for technical solutions to business problems. He thrives on data and process problems, a true "out of the box" thinker with clear enthusiasm and passion. Andrew is self-motivated and resourceful, able to act on his own initiative or as part of a team; a good communicator with first class interpersonal skills.

    Malcolm is a highly resourceful Project Manager and Business Analyst with a wealth of experience in understanding and developing technical and process based solutions. He is adept at capturing the business perspective and is acutely aware of the regulatory, commercial and technical challenges that face UK utilities within market deregulation. Malcolm worked for many years, primarily in the electricity industry, with a focus on deregulated systems where he became a highly sought after business systems expert. He has also worked on wholesale Data Quality and systems at Scottish Water.

    Finlay Macrae

    Finlay is a Prince2 qualified Project Manager and Business Analyst with extensive of Data Quality experience, including fourteen years’ experience of Billing and Deregulation within the Scottish Water Industry. Finlay worked as part of a team on the new wholesale / retail split of Scottish Water, assisting the major division of business and IT systems to meet the obligations of operation within the deregulated water market in Scotland.
